Mr. Woodruff is a litigation and trial attorney admitted in Pennsylvania and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of PA (pro hac vice in other jurisdictions with local counsel) who focuses his practice on the protection of consumers, injured individuals, and businesses. He also regularly co-counsels with other firms from around the country in pursuit of his client's interests. His practice includes litigation trial work and transactional representation. Mr. Woodruff practices regularly in all of the areas of law identified in the "practices" section of our site.

Mr. Woodruff is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law (J.D.). He is also a graduate of Ursinus College (B.A. Politics) and the Philadelphia Institute (Certified Litigation Paralegal) with nearly a decade of experience working in the law. Prior to law school and his practice as an attorney, Mr. Woodruff served as a paralegal for several years with some of the largest law firms in the nation. During and after law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk for several judges including, the Honorable Paula F. Ott, Chester County (2000-2001); the Honorable Jane C. Greenspan, Philadelphia County (Fall 1999 extern); and the Honorable Katherine B.L. Platt, Chester County (Summer 1999). As an attorney, Mr. Woodruff has tried to Verdict / Judgment or negotiated settlement in favor of his clients in hundreds of cases. He has also counseled his corporate clients through successful negotiations and transactions with some of the biggest corporations in the United States.

Mr. Woodruff is a member of several legal organizations that are dedicated to the protection of individuals and ethical business, including, the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the National Council for Consumer Law (NCCL), The Commercial Law League (CLL), the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (PaTLA), and the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA). He has frequently been invited and spoken in person, in print, or on the airwaves on legal issues concerning individuals who have been harmed, consumer protection and credit reporting issues, and representing businesses.

In our community, Mr. Woodruff serves as a volunteer for several educational programs, the S. Nathaniel Adam Woodruff Lending Library, The American Red Cross, youth soccer coaching, and as a Board Member of the Indian King Homeowners Association.
