construction services for the homeowner.
April 2010:
Successfully negotiated a $45,000.00 settlement/recovery for Contractor owed balances for invoices in
regard to major home renovation project.
February 2010:
Successfully defended internet broadband provider from unsubstantiated claims in the amount of $50,000.00 by upstream provider.
Year 2009:
Collections and recoveries in the amount of over $650,000.00 for business clients in regard to Judgments, past due amounts owed,
breach of contract, and other issues ranging from $1,200.00 to $50,000.00.
Year 2009:
Assisted in the filings and legal requirements for 30 Start-Up corporations in a variety of fields, including Non-Profits, Tech related
industries, Retail businesses, and others ranging from “Sub-S” closely held corporations of fewer than 3 shareholders to larger endeavors involving

October 2009:
Obtained $43,500.00 settlement for individual with knee injury from fall at a commercial location based upon the store owners failure to

Obtained Judgment in favor of Contractor for $75,000.00 owed by business for renovation services by Contractor.

Six Figure settlement of medical malpractice action involving an improperly performed ACL surgery
Feb/March '09
TWLF negotiated its client, a premier computer programmer ($400,000+ ann.) leaving their employer to form their own “start-up”
consulting business, successfully through an initially acrimonious separation from employment with a large, national company, where the former employer has
now hired TWLF’s client’s consulting firm for a mutually lucrative arrangement.
June '09
TWLF successfully arbitrates in favor of general contractor client for monies owed on $900,000 commercial renovation project.

Over $540,000 in recoveries by TWLF for business clients in regard to breach of contract issues ranging from $1,200 - $20,000.

TWLF successfully defends its client from Workers Compensation claim brought by Subcontractor against TWLF client, where subcontractor was never an “employee” of TWLF client.
